Product-specific coverage
Warranty duration and coverage depend on the actual product and the terms stated on its listing, invoice or accepted quotation. We do not promise a single warranty period for all cells, batteries, BMS boards, connectors and other components. Ask us before ordering if you need a particular duration or manufacturer support commitment.
Manufacturing defects
Buyer World offers replacement for a verified manufacturing defect under the applicable product terms. Tell us the order reference, model, serial number if present, symptoms and operating conditions. Photographs and diagnostic information may help assess the fault. We may request inspection before confirming the remedy. If replacement cannot be provided or the law requires a different remedy, the applicable return or refund rights remain available.
Installation and handling
Follow the product's rated voltage, current, polarity, temperature and installation instructions. Use suitable protection and competent installation for battery and high-current systems. Damage caused by misuse, incorrect wiring, overload, short circuit, unauthorised modification or an external accident is not itself a manufacturing defect. An assessment must distinguish such damage from a pre-existing defect; ordinary examination does not automatically extinguish statutory rights.
Returning an affected item
Stop using an unsafe or visibly damaged item and contact support for instructions. Do not send damaged lithium cells through an ordinary courier without an approved transport arrangement. Keep the invoice and relevant evidence. Buyer World will explain the available replacement or other remedy and the return process. This policy supplements, and does not exclude, rights under applicable law.
