Buyerworld Trading Pvt Ltd operates Buyer World. We use information you provide when creating an account, saving an address, placing an order, requesting a quotation, contacting support or applying for a role. This can include your name, email, mobile number, delivery address, optional company/GST details, order records and uploaded documents. Security records may include IP addresses, session identifiers and audit events.
Why we use it
We process this information to operate accounts, calculate and fulfil purchases, issue documents, deliver requested service messages, investigate problems, prevent abuse and meet accounting or legal duties. Quotation and order emails relate to your actions on the store. Optional newsletter messages require a confirmed subscription, and the unsubscribe link lets you stop them.
Payment and sign-in providers
When enabled, Razorpay processes online payment credentials through its checkout. Buyer World retains payment references, amounts and verified status for reconciliation; do not send full card details, CVVs or OTPs to the store. Google sign-in, if configured and chosen, supplies identity information needed for authentication. Provider processing is also subject to the provider's notices.
Sharing and access
We share information needed to deliver the service with payment, email, hosting and delivery providers and with authorised staff. Legal disclosures may be made where required. We do not sell customer personal information. Private orders, quotations and PDFs require an authorised account. Safeguards reduce risk, but no website can guarantee absolute security.
Retention and your requests
We keep service and transaction records for the purposes described above and applicable legal retention duties. Account deletion may not immediately remove invoices, fraud-prevention records, required audit evidence or backup copies. Contact us to request access, correction, deletion or other available privacy rights. We may verify your identity before acting. Use only the information needed to describe your request.
Cookies and contact
Necessary cookies support sign-in, security and the basket. Optional preference storage is controlled through Cookie preferences in the footer; declining it does not prevent ordinary shopping. Signed-in activity may be associated with your customer account for authorised staff reporting. It does not record payment credentials, private document contents, or Google search terms. The consent form states the current retention period, capped at 90 days. Rejecting analytics does not prevent shopping. Withdrawing consent removes this browser's retained analytics events; scheduled maintenance removes expired events. IP-derived location is approximate and may be unavailable or incorrect.
