Buying from Buyer World
These terms apply to purchases from Buyerworld Trading Pvt Ltd through Buyer World. Review the exact model, selling unit, minimum order quantity (MOQ), pack multiple and specifications before ordering. Brand and model references identify the listed goods; they do not imply an affiliation or authorisation beyond what we expressly state.
Prices and order quantities
Product prices, GST and delivery are calculated for the selected quantity and delivery address. The checkout or issued quotation shows the complete charge before acceptance. MOQ and order multiples apply to every line. Availability is confirmed during order processing; an orderable listing is not a promise of immediate dispatch. If a material listing or pricing error affects your order, we will contact you before changing it. You may decline a proposed change and receive any refund due.
100% advance payment
Full, verified payment is required before dispatch. COD is an exception only when Buyer World explicitly offers it for your checkout and you select it. Online payment is available through Razorpay when enabled. An accepted quotation may permit a staff-verified bank transfer using the instructions shown in your account. We do not confirm payment from a screenshot, a browser message or an unverified reference. Do not share OTPs, passwords or full card details with our staff or chatbot. Contact support before attempting a second payment when the first result is unclear.
Quotations and documents
A cart quotation records the products, quantities, delivery address, taxes and delivery charges at issue. Standard cart quotations are valid for seven days; each PDF states its actual validity and revision. A quotation does not reserve goods or collect money. Delivery exceptions require staff review. Acceptance creates an order and checks current fulfilment and tax conditions. Later revisions require fresh acceptance. PDFs remain available in your account; a quotation or unpaid invoice is not a payment receipt.
Account and fulfilment
Provide accurate contact, address and optional company/GST details. Keep access to your account secure and report suspected misuse. Your dashboard shows order, quotation, document and support records. Dispatch and delivery are distinct from payment confirmation. Please read the shipping, warranty, cancellation and returns policies together with these terms.
Rights and support
Indian law applies. Nothing in these terms removes a consumer remedy or forum available under applicable law. Contact Buyer World through the Contact page or your account support area with your order or quotation reference. Changes to published terms apply prospectively; the terms accepted for an existing order remain part of its record.
