Delivery address and charges
Choose a saved address or enter the recipient, mobile number, complete address, state and PIN at checkout. Review the populated details before continuing. Delivery charges depend on the destination, shipment weight, product class and applicable delivery rules. Heavy batteries use the configured weight-based rates where service is available. Any free-delivery eligibility is calculated in the final total. Buyer World includes delivery charges and applicable GST on its invoice.
Dispatch and delivery timing
Orders normally require 100% verified payment before dispatch, except where eligible COD was explicitly selected. Product availability, preparation, battery transport restrictions and the carrier's service affect timing. Any displayed estimate is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. If a committed schedule cannot be met, we will contact you about the available options and honour applicable cancellation or refund rights.
Delivery exceptions
Some destinations, restricted items or unusual consignments need a confirmed freight arrangement. These requests go to our team before a final quotation is issued. We will show any revised charge and obtain your acceptance before proceeding. Do not assume that every product can travel by air or that a large order will arrive in one parcel.
Tracking and delivery problems
Once a shipment is recorded, courier and tracking information appear in My orders. Check your address before dispatch and contact support promptly about a correction. If a parcel is missing, delayed, damaged or appears tampered with, record the issue where possible and contact Buyer World. We will assist with the carrier investigation and the remedy due; our responsibilities are not automatically transferred to the customer at courier handover.
